More Stakeholders Hail APGA Primary, Commend Obiano's Achievements

Well meaning citizens of the State, have continued to bare their minds on the outcome of the primary election of the All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA which produced Governor Willie Obiano as its standard bearer for the November eighteenth Governorship election.

Reacting to the emergence of Governor Obiano as the party’s flag bearer, the APGA Chairman in Italy, Chief Raphael Obadiegwu said Governor Obiano has performed creditably in less than four years in office.

He encouraged the Governor to continue with his good work for the state attributing his victory at the APGA primaries to his good work to the citizenry and assured him of their unalloyed support.

He described APGA as a party with Igbo ideology, urging Ndigbo to embrace it.

On his part the Managing Director Anambra State Signage and Advertising Agency, Mr Jude Emecheta who described the primary election as peaceful, free, fair and transparent, expressed the hope that Governor Obiano will win in the November eighteenth governorship election, due to his numerous achievements, noting that his good work speaks volume for him.

Others who spoke were the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Awka Capital Territory Development Authority, Mr Mike Okonkwo and the Executive Chairman Anambra State Universal Basic Education Board, Chief Nzemeka Olisah, who said that the victory of the Governor at the APGA Primaries has shown that God is in total control in the affairs of the State, and urged Ndi-Anambra to continue with their support to the Governor.

For the Traditional Prime-Minister of Ebenebe in Awka North Local government area, Chief Joe Nwegwu, Governor Obiano deserved a second term in view of his monumental achievements in the State.

Chief Nwegwu commended Governor Obiano for restoring people’s confidence in governance and called on the citizenry to continue with their support to his administration.
